Are Vending Machines Expensive?
Modern Vending machines are made to last, using strong, durable materials which vary in costs due to supply and demand. The cost normally depends on the age, style and condition of the machine as well as the manufacturer. However, there are some great UK manufacturers that offer a wide variety of machines, both new and refurbished so we East Midlands Vending will always help to work to your budget if we can.
How Long does it take to install a vending machine?
Dependant on the type of Vending machine, the installation and set up takes less than half a day. However, do check out lead times for ordering machines as these do vary, currently they are from 2 weeks to 10 weeks, dependant on the Manufacturer, as demand is very high
How often should you check a vending machine?
A vending machine should be checked every time it is visited, whether you are self-filling or using a company. The machine should be checked for cleanliness, products, stock control and test vends
Is Vending Profitable?
Vending can be profitable if situated in the right location and serviced correctly. It is important not to overprice products, but to understand the machines are there to provide a good, reliable service if they are to be well used. Are Vending machines Free?

East Midlands Vending use fresh leaf tea, this means each cup of tea is made with fresh tea leaves and a fresh filter every time. Finished off with our skimmed milk gives a perfect cup.

You will always need permission to place a vending machine, in either a public location or a private business. Most businesses look for a reputable service provider, so they get safe, reliable machines for their staff.

Yes, you can, all modern vending machines whether table top or fully standing can offer excellent quality fresh coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos and many more.
Do vending machines accept contactless cards?
All Vending machines provided by East Midlands Vending are fully contactless, accepting any debit or credit card. You can also pay using your mobile phone or smart watch.
How much electricity does a vending machine use?
This is dependent on which type of vending machine, and whether is has boilers or chillers within it. On average a machine will use between 6-12 kwh of energy per day. East Midlands Vending supply machines that have energy saving modes and machine will switch to this when unused for short periods of time.
Can you get free drinks from Vending machines?
All East Midlands Vending machines can be set to free vend if your company want to offer free or subsidised products to its employees. Machines can also be fully contactless, using any contactless cards, or mobile devices.
How often are snack machines filled?
Vending machines are filled according to demand, but always a minimum of once a week, but anything up to 6 times per week if required.
How many items does a snack machine hold?
Snack machines can vary in size so that they can fit into any location. The smallest from 216 products to a larger choice at 600 products at any one time. Talk to East Midlands Vending to establish the correct size for you, dependant on numbers of people using the machine and how many times you can service the machines per week.
How long do Vending machines last?
